TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Gaux Street ("Agency") and ("Client") 

OFFER INCUDES:

• Initial Audit
• Voxer (messaging) access
• 4 days a week
• Weekly prompts that will enable you to move, check your time and energy, and dive deeper into your success
• Guidance to optimize tools that best fit your business
• Digital products that provide direction and inspiration

The total cost for "DOWNTOWN" Brand Direction is $2,099 per month. BLACK FRIDAY DISCOUNT APPLIED: $1,000 OFF your first month. 

Client Responsibilities | The Client agrees to: 

• Download the Voxer app for weekly communications with Agency.
• To respect Voxer etiquette throughout the brand direction process
• To lead themselves with the guidance of Agency.
• To sign the official contract once the duration of your term is determined. 
• To make monthly payment throughout the timeframe of services provided.

Scope of Work: Weekly communication, guidance, strategies, creative direction, customization per customer.

Delivery and Timeline: The Agency will be available to the customer for either a 6 or 12 month container selected by client.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all non-public information and materials exchanged during the project confidential.

This Agreement constitutes the initial agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or verbal. After the first meeting the official contract will be sent to Client.
