By submitting payment, you (the “Client”) agree to the terms outlined in this Creative Services Agreement with Gaux Street (“The Agency”). These terms apply to all services and creative offers, including but not limited to strategy, design, creative direction, copywriting, and digital product development.

SCOPE OF WORK
The Client is purchasing a creative service or package as outlined in the offer details provided via sales page, proposal, invoice, or direct communication. Each package clearly defines what is included. Any additional work outside that scope (including extra revisions, deliverables, or meetings) will be quoted and billed separately.

TIMELINES
Project timelines vary depending on the service purchased. The Agency is committed to delivering within the communicated window (typically 5–7 business days for Minis and 2–6 weeks for intensives), provided all materials and feedback are delivered on time by the Client. Delays in providing brand materials, approvals, or direction may result in a rescheduled timeline or fee.

REVISIONS
Each package includes a defined round of refinements, which are light edits to layout, color, or type (not redesigns). Additional rounds may be requested and will be billed separately at an hourly or flat rate. If no revision round is included, all designs are final upon delivery.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All purchases are non-refundable. Due to the digital and time-based nature of this work, refunds will not be issued under any circumstance. If the Client becomes unable to proceed, credit may be applied toward a future service within 60 days at the Agency's discretion.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:

1. Submit requested materials (brand assets, copy, inspiration) in full before the project begins.
2. Communicate decisions and feedback clearly and in a timely manner.
3. Respect creative timelines and the boundaries of the package purchased.
4. Acknowledge that project timelines begin only after all required materials have been received.

CREATIVE DIRECTION
The Agency is hired for its creative expertise and will lead with concept, direction, and design. While Client feedback is welcomed within revision windows, the Agency is not responsible for executing creative ideas outside of the agreed vision or revising indefinitely to accommodate shifting direction. Mutual trust in the process is key.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE
Upon final payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their brand. The Agency retains the right to feature completed work in portfolios, promotional content, and case studies unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Raw files are not included unless explicitly stated.

COMMUNICATION
All project communication will occur via email unless otherwise arranged. Response time is typically 24–48 business hours. Project calls and voice note communication (Telegram/Voxer) are reserved for specific offers and will be outlined as part of the package.

FILE STORAGE & DELIVERY
Final files will be delivered via Google Drive, Trello, or a designated file-sharing platform. Files remain available for 14 days post-delivery unless otherwise arranged. The Agency is not responsible for file storage beyond that period.

RESCHEDULING & INACTIVITY
If a project is paused by the Client for more than 7 business days without communication, the Agency reserves the right to archive the project or apply a rescheduling fee to continue. A new start date may be required depending on availability.

PAYMENT TERMS & LATE FEES
All payments are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified in a custom proposal or payment plan agreement. If a payment plan is arranged, the Client is responsible for submitting each payment on or before the scheduled due date.

Late payments are subject to the following:

1. A grace period of 3 business days will be provided after the due date. 
2. After the grace period, a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount will be applied. 
3. Additional late fees of 5% may accrue every 7 days past the due date.
4. If payment is not received within 14 days of the original due date, the Agency reserves the right to pause work, delay file delivery, or terminate the project.
5. Failure to pay may result in legal collection, and all associated legal fees will be the responsibility of the Client.

By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges they have read and agree to all terms above.
